Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping within Australia for orders exceeding $100. However, please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing

Your order will be swiftly processed during standard business hours, typically dispatching within 1-3 business days. Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email notification, including a tracking code for your convenience.


Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email to the provided email address. Following dispatch, you'll receive a tax invoice, followed by an email containing your tracking information. Once an order is confirmed, amendments cannot be made. Any necessary changes must be addressed upon delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Track Your Order

A shipping confirmation email will be sent upon shipment, complete with a tracking number and courier provider details. Please note that tracking updates may not appear until 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email.


Delivery Timeline

We utilize third-party courier services, primarily DHL, for deliveries. However, please be aware that delivery times post-dispatch is subject to the operations of these third-party services, which are beyond our control. As such, all delivery time frames provided are estimates only.
Joe Black will not be held liable for any loss, expense, or damage resulting from delivery delays. While delivery times may vary, our goal is to have your item(s) delivered within 5 working days. In the event of an item being out of stock, there may be a delay of up to 3 working days, potentially impacting the delivery timeframe.


Delivery Requirements

Please ensure you provide a physical address where someone can sign for your item(s). Kindly note that deliveries to PO Boxes are not possible.
